Procedure:

- Write the word "colours" on the whiteboard.
- Colour recognition (10 minutes)
- Show the students the set of colour cards and ask them to identify each colour as you hold up one card at a time.
- Encourage the students to say the name of the colour and to listen to the sounds of the words.
- Repeat the activity several times, using different sets of colour cards each time.
- Colour labelling (15 minutes)
- Show the students the objects of different colours and ask them to label each object with the name of the colour.
- Encourage the students to say the name of the colour and to listen to the sounds of the words as they label the objects.
- Repeat the activity several times, using different sets of objects each time.
- Closing (5 minutes)
- Summarize what the students learned during the lesson.
- Encourage the students to continue practicing colours and to listen carefully to the sounds of words.
- Dismiss the students and thank them for their participation.
