Here are some things that I have noticed, tested and use to understand better.  Many if not all will be already familiar.

  • Good is helping myself and/or my environment.
  • Bad is hurting myself and/or my environment.

The human central nervous system "good" is a dopamine reward and "bad" is the relative lack of dopamine reward.

If you are determined to have an addiction then become addicted to success and make those successes from good actions.

Using love to navigate life is far more successful than using hate.  The same applies to good and bad.

We find what we look for;

  • If we look for the hate we will find it
  • If we look for the love we will find it.

We track towards what we look at ahead of us;

  • hurtling down a steep hill on a bicycle, I catch sight of a lone fencepost roughly in my path, I slam into the fencepost as if I was drawn by a tractor beam.
  • hurtling down a steep hill on a bicycle, I catch sight of the path I need to follow to avoid the fencepost, I avoid the fencepost with ease and continue my journey.

It pays to be aware of the best path to avoid problems or resistance.

That which is better coordinated has better potential.  Those who are better organised can get more done.

Guidance and support is preferable over punishment.  Punishments don't inform what to do.

The happiest times in my life have always been delivered with love.
